Paul Wainwright – Broker

Paul has been a real estate agent in Berkshire County since 2002, and founded Green River Real Estate in 2003 as Broker/Owner. His background as an entrepreneur along with his community-oriented mindset make him uniquely versed in facilitating and advising home purchases and sales of both residential and investment properties. In 2014 he began his venture into Green River Contracting given his extensive knowledge of construction and his desire to further service a more diverse population of people in Berkshire County. In 2015, recognizing the need for ethical, diligent, responsible, and honest property management in the Pittsfield housing market, he launched Green River Property Management. Apart from being Broker/Owner and continuing to work as a real estate agent, Paul is our lead Property Manager, and he ensures the quality and care of our construction work.

Paul believes that real estate offers the best opportunity for financial success and independence. His goal as a real estate professional is to help tenants become homeowners, help homeowners become investors, and help investors manage their assets to best serve their community.

Erika Wainwright – Real Estate Agent & Executive Assistant

Having been inspired throughout her life by her Dad (Paul)’s ability to creatively help people out of difficult situations and toward success, while educating people about the housing and banking systems with clarity and honesty, Erika decided to get her Real Estate license as she was finishing her BA studies in Sociology and Equity Studies at the University of Toronto. To Erika, Green River Real Estate is a one-of-a-kind gem in a professional field that often works contrary to the best intentions of its community. Erika joined the Green River team as the Office Manager in 2018, and as a Real Estate Agent in 2021. She now supports the team as an Executive Assistant, bringing together her different strengths with the intention of learning from her Dad and expanding his efforts to increase the positive impact he has had and continues to have on so many families throughout the Berkshires over the years.
