Our Residential Application Process

Green River Property Management values your honesty, we want to ensure that our home-owners have good residents, and that our residents have good neighbors. We conduct thorough background checks as part of our application process including (but not limited to) a review of housing and eviction history, criminal history, a FICO credit report, employment and income verification, and a review of references.
